What are the responsibilities and job description for the Resident Care Coordinator/LPN position at Watercrest Communities?
Victoria Falls are seeking a Resident Care Coordinator that with completing assessments, input orders, audits, and additional nursing duties as necessary.
Resident Care Coordinator position is varying hours M-F on call required.
Resident Care Coordinators are responsible for
- Auditing & preforming resident assessments, progress notes, new admissions, orders
- Maintaining infection control
- Staff audits of care
- Manage staff
- Alternate on call weeks with other Resident Care Coordinators.
Qualifications:
- Current unrestricted license as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
- Background check and drug test required upon hire
- Must be willing to be on call every other weekend
- Experience in Assisted Living a plus but not required
- Experience with Pointclickcare a plus but not required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
