**Job Description:**
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Dining Room Server to join our culinary team at Watercrest Senior Living. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that every mealtime experience is exceptional for our residents.
Main Responsibilities:
- Greeting residents warmly and assisting with seating in the dining room
- Taking and serving meal selections while maintaining excellent communication skills
- Ensuring proper dining room setup and table setting
- Assisting with cleaning, mopping, sweeping, and dusting the kitchen and dining room as needed
- Completing side work, including napkin folding, stocking, and cleaning the wait station
- Providing high-quality customer service to promote a restaurant-style dining atmosphere
- Reporting any equipment or supply needs to the Cook or Executive Chef
- Maintaining cleanliness and safety standards in the kitchen and dining area
Requirements:
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Strong communication skills
- Passion for working with senior citizens
