Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Building a connection and trusting relationship with our clients
- Educating clients to help them provide excellent care to their closest companions
- Collecting patient history and vital signs
- Performing in house laboratory tests
- Filling prescriptions
- Safe and proper handling of patients for exams and procedures
- Cleaning and disinfecting of common areas
- Cleaning of patients and housing areas
- Assisting with radiographs
- Assisting with surgical prep, monitoring and recovery of anesthetic patients
- Managing instruments and equipment
- Obtaining samples and performing appropriate prep, testing, and/or submission
- Unpacking inventory and restocking supplies
Lifting of up to 40 pounds will be required during your work day.
Applicant Must
- Be a self starter and have good communication skills
- Positive, can-do attitude
- Be comfortable to work with dogs and cats
- Must be reliable and dependable
- Be focused on providing best quality care, doing what's right, respecting others and performing with excellence.
- Have at least 1 year experience in animal health

Pay: $13.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
