Key Job Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive primary care services, including health promotion, disease prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and management of various medical conditions.
- Conduct thorough physical examinations, obtain medical histories, and perform diagnostic tests as needed.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, taking into account the unique needs and circumstances of each patient.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements and Qualifications
- A Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree from an accredited medical school.
- Successful completion of an accredited residency program in Family Medicine or a related field.
- Unrestricted medical licensure and board certification in Oregon.
- Current DEA certificate without restrictions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with additional language proficiency a plus.
- Certification with Medicaid, Medicare, private insurance, and other relevant organizations.
