Key Job Responsibilities

  1. Deliver comprehensive primary care services, including health promotion, disease prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and management of various medical conditions.
  2. Conduct thorough physical examinations, obtain medical histories, and perform diagnostic tests as needed.
  3. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, taking into account the unique needs and circumstances of each patient.
  4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • A Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree from an accredited medical school.
  • Successful completion of an accredited residency program in Family Medicine or a related field.
  • Unrestricted medical licensure and board certification in Oregon.
  • Current DEA certificate without restrictions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with additional language proficiency a plus.
  • Certification with Medicaid, Medicare, private insurance, and other relevant organizations.
