Job Responsibilities
- Our Primary Care Physicians adhere to the core values of Integrity, Respect, Accountability, Compassion, Partnership, and Collaborative Communication while performing their duties.
- They demonstrate substantial knowledge of interviewing and counseling techniques, ensuring that clients receive personalized and empathetic care.
- Our physicians diagnose, treat, and plan appropriate healthcare for clients in areas such as school-based health care, family planning, and primary care.
- They refer clients to specialty physicians or outside agencies when necessary.
Requirements and Qualifications
- A graduate of an accredited medical school with a degree in Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO), with at least one year's experience, is highly desirable.
- Completion of an accredited residency program.
- Unrestricted license and board certification to practice medicine in Oregon.
- Current DEA certificate without restrictions.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing, are essential. Additional languages are a plus.
- Credentialed with Medicaid, Medicare, private insurance, and other relevant organizations.
