Duties
- Lead and manage the nursing department, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for residents.
- Oversee the assessment process including Minimum Data Set (MDS) evaluations.
- Conduct regular documentation reviews to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Provide guidance and support to nursing staff in delivering exceptional patient care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes and quality of life.
- Ensure proper staffing levels are maintained to meet patient needs effectively.
- Facilitate training and professional development opportunities for nursing staff.
- Address any issues or concerns related to patient care promptly and effectively.
