Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Breakfast Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional breakfast experience for our guests in a hotel setting. Your attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness will ensure that the breakfast area is well-maintained, inviting, and stocked with a variety of delicious options. You will play a crucial role in guest relations by ensuring a pleasant dining atmosphere.
Duties
- Prepare and set up the breakfast area prior to service, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
- Maintain cleanliness of all dining areas, including tables, chairs, and serving stations.
- Monitor food inventory levels and replenish items as needed throughout the breakfast service.
- Assist guests with their needs, providing excellent customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including knives for food preparation.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in food handling and sanitation practices.
- Collaborate with culinary staff to ensure timely preparation of breakfast items.
- Clean up after breakfast service, including clearing tables and washing dishes as necessary.
Experience
- Previous experience in a hotel or restaurant setting is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
- Experience in banquet or catering services is beneficial.
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage positively with guests.
- A background in culinary arts or cooking is advantageous but not mandatory.

Pay: $13.88 - $15.00 per hour
