Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide them with necessary information about the resort and its amenities.
- Manage the check-in and check-out processes efficiently, ensuring all guest information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and courtesy to enhance guest relations.
- Operate phone systems to manage incoming calls, take reservations, and provide information as needed.
- Conduct night audits as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready for arrivals.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to create a welcoming environment for guests.
- Assist in promoting hotel services and amenities to enhance the guest experience.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a front desk or guest services role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Strong phone etiquette skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply to better serve our diverse clientele.
- Familiarity with hotel management software and phone systems is advantageous.
