We’re looking for passionate and friendly Servers to become part of our team at Waterford Inn II! If you love creating memorable dining experiences and enjoy working in a fast-paced, lively environment, we’d love to meet you.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude
- Help guests navigate the menu and answer any questions they may have
- Take and deliver food and drink orders with care and attention
- Work closely with our kitchen team to ensure smooth and timely service
- Suggest and upsell menu items when appropriate
- Process guest payments accurately using our POS system
- Keep the dining area neat and welcoming for all guests
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is a plus
- A passion for customer service and a positive attitude
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- The ability to stay calm and efficient under pressure
- Familiarity with Toast or other Point of Sales Systems (POS)
- Basic math skills for handling payments smoothly
