Support Team Member (Food Runner, Busser, Host)
Job Overview:
Waterford Inn II is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our support team as Food Runners, Bussers, and Hosts. As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional dining experiences for our guests. Key Responsibilities:
Food Runner:
1. Deliver food orders from the kitchen to guests tables promptly and accurately.
2. Coordinate with kitchen staff and servers to ensure timely delivery of meals.
3. Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
4. Communicate effectively with the kitchen and front-of-house team to enhance guest satisfaction.
5. Uphold high standards of food presentation and service efficiency.
Busser:
1. Clear tables efficiently and reset them for new guests.
2. Assist servers with delivering food and beverages to tables.
3. Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including floors, tables, and chairs.
4. Support servers and hosts in providing excellent customer service.
5. Ensure that all guest needs are met promptly and courteously.
Host:
1. Greet guests warmly and seat them according to their preferences and the restaurant's seating policy.
2. Manage reservations and waiting lists, ensuring accurate seating and timing.
3. Provide guests with menus and inform them about daily specials.
4. Coordinate with servers and bussers to maintain smooth operations during peak times.
5. Assist in answering phone calls, taking reservations, and providing information about the restaurant.
General Responsibilities for All Positions:
1. Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
2. Work collaboratively with all team members.
3. Maintain a positive attitude and professional appearance at all times.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred but not required.

Pay Range:
$10-$12 per hour, plus nightly tip out.
