Waterford Public Schools has a vacancy for a team-oriented individual. Waterford Public Schools is seeking an Assistant Outdoor Track & Field Coach at Waterford High School effective for the Spring of the 2024-25 school year.

Overview:
Support the Outdoor Track Head Coach in managing the boys and girls track program. Assist in training, practices, and meet preparation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Coaching: Help develop and implement training plans.
- Practice Assistance: Assist in running practice sessions and drills.
- Athlete Development: Provide guidance on technique and performance.
- Meet Preparation: Help organize and manage team participation in meets.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure athlete safety and adherence to rules.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Coaching Experience: CT Coaching Certification Required.
- Experience in track and field preferred.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
