Waterford Public Schools has a vacancy for a team-oriented individual. Waterford Public Schools is seeking a Paraeducator at Oswegatchie Elementary School. Under the direct supervision of a certified staff member, a paraprofessional assists staff with students in the classroom to meet instructional goals and objectives.
Waterford Public Schools serves approximately 2,400 students in grades PK-12. The Districts facilities include three elementary schools, one middle school and one high school. According to the State of Connecticut Next Generation Performance Accountability System, Waterford Public Schools ranks in the top third of K-12 school districts in the state. The Waterford Board of Education is a nine-member elected body.
A Para-Pro Certificate, Associate's Degree or 60 college credits is required.
