Waterford Public Schools has a vacancy for a team-oriented individual. Waterford Public Schools is seeking Substitute Paraeducators District Wide effective with the start of the new school year, August 28, 2024 to assist students of all grade levels with special needs. Current college students or high school graduates seeking school based experience are encouraged to apply.
Waterford Public Schools serve approximately 2,400 students in grades PK-12. Our district is actively seeking to diversify its administration, faculty and staff to better reflect our students’ multiple identities and to bring a broader range of experiences into our district to continue to enhance the teaching and learning for ALL. The District’s facilities include three elementary schools, one middle school and one high school. The Waterford Board of Education is a nine-member elected body.
Qualifications
High School Diploma is required.
A Para-Pro Certificate, an Associates Degree or 60 college credits desired but not required.
Wage is $16.18 per hour.
