Student Responsibility Center Technician

Position:
Student Responsibility Center Technician
(10 month position)

Location:
Mason Middle School

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• Exceptional communication skills
• Building and maintaining professional relationships with staff and students
• Experience with students preferred

Responsibilities:

• Support students serving in-school suspension and/or detention
• Support students working through conflict resolution
• Support student groups based on identified needs
• Monitor and assist with student behavior plans assigned by Administration and Counselors
• Document students progress through goal setting and behavior plan guidelines
• Utilize restorative practice guiding questions to support students

Building Principal

Workday/Week:
Monday – Friday
7:50 AM – 3:20 PM

Compensation:
$15.50 - $18.00 per hour – Based on experience
