What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Technician position at Waterford Square Apartments?
We have an immediate opening for a full-time Project Technician. You'll work Monday through Friday from 8:00 to 5:00 pm. Our Starting pay ranges from $18.00 to $22.00 per hour and is based on your work experience and skills.
The Project Technician is responsible to expedite and complete each assigned project for the designated property. The overall objective for a Project Technician is to deliver a great looking, fully functional, compliant and safe facility which can be enjoyed by residents and employees.
Essential Duties
- Maintain a professional, courteous and helpful demeanor with residents, vendors, contractors and fellow employees
- Ensure quality workmanship and completion of projects while expediting various projects as assigned, including but not limited to, general construction, remodeling, carpentry, tile work, painting, power washing and landscaping
Salary : $18 - $22
