Position Summary:
The ERP Specialist for Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) plays a key role in the implementation, execution, support, and continuous improvement of the ERP system across the organization. This position will collaborate with cross-functional teams to assist in new project deployments, enhancements, troubleshooting, training, and support of all D365 modules. The ideal candidate is a hands-on professional with experience in ERP configuration, business process improvement, user training, and issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities :
ERP Implementation & Project Execution
- Assist in the implementation and rollout of Microsoft D365 solutions across multiple business functions.
- Participate in system configuration and testing to ensure optimal performance.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Assist in data migration, integration, and validation efforts during system deployments.
ERP Support & Troubleshooting
- Provide day-to-day support for Microsoft D365 users, troubleshooting issues across different modules.
- Collaborate with IT teams and external vendors to resolve ERP-related technical issues.
- Maintain ERP system health by monitoring, updating, and patching software as needed.
- Develop and maintain documentation for system processes, troubleshooting, and best practices.
Training & User Adoption
- Conduct training sessions for end-users and functional teams to enhance ERP proficiency.
- Create and maintain training materials, user guides, and knowledge base articles.
- Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business users to drive system adoption and usability.
Business Process Improvement & Optimization
- Identify opportunities for process automation and optimization within D365.
- Support change management efforts and ensure smooth transitions to new ERP features and workflows.
- Assist in the evaluation and implementation of third-party add-ons and integrations to extend ERP capabilities.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP solutions.
- Strong understanding of ERP modules such as Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Sales, HR, and Manufacturing.
- Experience with ERP implementations, configurations, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Power BI, Power Automate, and SQL is a plus.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical users.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Preferred Skills
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (e.g., MB-300, MB-500, MB-700) are a plus.
- Knowledge of ERP integrations with third-party applications.
- Experience with cloud-based ERP solutions and Microsoft Azure.
