Boat Detailer

Waterfront Marine is looking for a Boat Detailer/Cleaner to join our team! This position is responsible for cleaning and detailing new and used boats to ensure they meet high-quality standards for delivery and display.

Position Details:

• Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (occasional weekends required)

Job Responsibilities:

• Clean and detail new and pre-owned boats for customer delivery and showroom display
• Wash, wax, and buff boat exteriors to maintain a polished appearance
• Vacuum, wipe down, and sanitize boat interiors, including seats, consoles, and compartments
• Remove stains, mildew, and debris from surfaces using proper cleaning products
• Ensure boats are properly prepared for customer pickup or showroom presentation
• Assist with launch preparation and boat staging as needed
• Work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in boat, auto, or RV detailing is a plus but not required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow cleaning procedures
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Must be available for weekend shifts as needed
