We are looking for an experienced Commercial Roofer Working Supervisor to lead our roofing crew and oversee the successful installation and repair of commercial roofing systems. If you have strong leadership skills and hands-on experience working with white rubber, TPO, and PVC roofing materials, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead roofing crews on job sites
- Ensure roofing projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards
- Install and repair commercial roofing systems, including white rubber, TPO, and PVC
- Train and mentor laborers and junior roofers
- Ensure safety protocols and compliance are followed on site
- Coordinate with project managers to schedule and track project progress
Requirements:
- Previous commercial roofing experience
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role
- Strong hands-on experience with white rubber, TPO, and PVC roofing systems
- A valid driver’s license
- Ability to commute to the job site
- Willingness to travel locally
