**About the Role:**
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Clinical Team Lead to join our team at Waterfront Rehabilitation. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nursing team and ensuring that our residents receive high-quality care.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Supervise and coordinate the work of CNAs/GNAs and other nursing personnel to ensure that all aspects of resident care are met.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Monitor and report on the performance of nursing staff and provide coaching and guidance as needed.
**What We're Looking For:**
- At least 2 years of experience as a supervisor or leader in a healthcare setting.
- A current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an RN in this state.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
