What are the responsibilities and job description for the Key Carrier_Gulf Breeze Thrift Store position at Waterfront Rescue Mission?
The Waterfront Rescue Mission is hiring positive, highly productive, safety-minded and team oriented associates to join our team at the Waterfront Thrift Store in Gulf Breeze, FL! Under the direction of the Thrift Store Manager, the Key Carrier supports store management in achieving efficiency in store operations, merchandising, training, and various other assigned areas of responsibility within a Thrift Store. This is a full time position working 40 hours per week. Primary duties include but, are not limited to, supervision and accountability of employees, volunteers and clients. Performs all reasonably related duties as assigned. Store hours are 9 am - 6 pm Monday - Saturday and closed Sunday.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with financial performance to goal
- Assist with studying KPI performance daily
- Assist in managing a high performance team that will complement the growth of the store
- Assist in managing controllable expenses
- Ensure customer service expectations are followed at all times
- Ensure a well recovered, clean, and organized store
Qualifications:
- Christian Commitment: Must exemplify and model Christian behaviors and values and possess high levels of ethics, honesty and character.
- Education/Experience: High School degree/GED or 2 or more years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must have a valid state driver's license and be insurable by the Waterfront Rescue Mission insurance carrier.
- Must have reliable transportation.
