- Reporting and Documentation: Create clear, concise, and easily understandable reports detailing lake weed removal needs for both existing and potential clients.
- Quality Inspections: Perform pre-planned quality control checks for clients who demand exceptional results from our services.
- Job Site Monitoring: Conduct random inspections at sites where our SCUBA Dive crews have recently completed their lake weed removal services.
- Cleanliness and Maintenance: Ensure client properties are left in excellent condition, exceeding their expectations and fostering loyalty towards Waterfront Restoration LLC.
- Motivation and Accountability: Drive motivation among our dive crew members to uphold high standards of work completion at client properties.
- Daily Reporting and Communication: Complete daily forms and maintain regular communication with the Operations Manager, Sales Representatives, and Dive Crew Leaders.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by being responsive to client inquiries and concerns.
- Vehicle Operation: Safely operate company vehicles, such as 1/4-ton pickups.
- Representing Our Company: Represent Waterfront Restoration LLC with professionalism and integrity, often serving as our primary point of contact.
- Labor-Intensive Tasks: Effectively perform physically demanding tasks like removing lake weeds and lifting heavy bags up to 80 pounds.
- Client Interaction: Engage with clients occasionally to discuss their needs and preferences.
