About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team of professionals who share your passion for maintaining pristine lakes and waterways. You'll be responsible for performing thorough Weed Growth Analyses, creating detailed reports, and conducting quality inspections to guarantee customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Weed Growth Analyses to evaluate lake conditions and provide recommendations for removal packages.
- Create clear and concise reports detailing lake weed removal needs for new and prospective customers.
- Perform regular quality inspections to ensure our SCUBA Dive crews meet the highest standards.
- Clean up properties after our services to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Motivate and hold our Dive Crews accountable for their work at client properties.
- Complete daily forms and report to Operations Manager, Sales Reps, and Dive Crew Leaders.
- Provide excellent customer service and interact with clients as needed.
- Operate company vehicles and represent Waterfront Restoration LLC with professionalism.
- Remove lake weeds and transport heavy vegetation bags (up to 80lbs).
Working Conditions
- You'll work outdoors in various weather conditions, including rain, heat, and humidity.
- Flexible scheduling may require occasional weekend or overtime work.
