Key Responsibilities
- Weed Growth Analysis: Conduct thorough evaluations of lake weed growth to provide valuable insights to our sales team, helping us tailor our services to meet each customer's unique needs.
- Reporting and Documentation: Create accurate and comprehensive reports detailing the lake weed removal needs of new and prospective customers.
- Quality Inspections: Perform regular quality inspections at job sites where our SCUBA Dive crews have completed their work, ensuring that our high standards are met.
- Clean-up and Touch-ups: Conduct thorough clean-up and touch-up operations at client properties to guarantee their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Motivation and Accountability: Foster a sense of teamwork and accountability within our Dive Crew by motivating and guiding them to deliver exceptional results.
- Daily Reporting and Communication: Complete daily forms and reports, while maintaining open communication with the Operations Manager, Sales Representatives, and Dive Crew Leaders.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
- Vehicle Operation: Safely operate a company vehicle (1/4 ton pickup) for various tasks and responsibilities.
- Representing the Company: Represent Waterfront Restoration in a professional and courteous manner, serving as a positive ambassador for our brand.
- Physical Demands: Meet the physical demands of the job, including laborious lake weed removal and carrying large bags of vegetation up to 80lbs.
