Welcome to Waterfront Restoration LLC, a leading provider of lake weed removal services. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Diver to join our team for the summer season.
Job Overview
The Quality Assurance Diver plays a critical role in ensuring that our clients receive the highest quality lake weed removal service. This includes conducting thorough weed growth analyses, creating detailed reports, and performing quality inspections at job sites.
Responsibilities
- Weed Growth Analysis: Evaluate and provide information to our sales team on the lake weed removal package for new and prospective customers.
- Reporting: Create legible and easy-to-follow reports on the lake weed removal needs of new and prospective customers.
- Quality Inspections: Conduct pre-planned quality inspections for customers who want to ensure that the results they receive are of the highest quality.
- Job Site Inspections: Conduct random inspections of job sites where our SCUBA Dive crews have recently performed our by-the-root lake weed removal service.
- Clean-up and Touch-ups: Clean up and touch up properties we have recently visited to ensure the client is satisfied and eager to continue their business with us.
- Motivation and Accountability: Motivate and hold our Dive Crew's accountable for their completed work at our client properties.
- Daily Reporting: Complete daily forms and report any issues or concerns.
- Communication: Communicate daily with the Operations Manager, Sales Reps, and Dive Crew Leaders.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients.
- Vehicle Operation: Operate a Waterfront Restoration company vehicle (i.e., 1/4 ton pickup).
- Representing the Company: Represent our company to the highest standard at all times, as you will be the face of the company.
- Laborious Removal: Perform laborious removal of lake weeds and carry large bags of vegetation up to 80lbs.
- Client Interaction: Occasionally interact with clients.
Working Conditions
- Outdoor Work: Love of working outdoors is essential, and the willingness to work in bad weather conditions (i.e., rain, high humidity, heat) is required.
- Flexible Scheduling: Flexible scheduling is necessary, including occasional weekend or overtime work, as needed.
