Are you passionate about Minnesota's lakes and outdoor environments?
We're seeking a skilled team member to join our group of scuba divers who work together to provide high-quality lake shore experiences.
This physically demanding role offers a great workout opportunity while getting paid, and the chance to work on the lake all day with a collaborative team.
Our seasonal positions are currently available for both full-time and part-time employment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work alongside a dive team of 2-6 SCUBA certified divers in underwater and above-water settings
- Efficiently remove lake weeds by their roots to maintain a healthy aquatic ecosystem
- Ability to carry heavy bags (up to 80lbs) filled with vegetation for removal
Working Conditions:
- A love of working outdoors is essential, as well as willingness to work in challenging weather conditions such as rain, high humidity, and heat
- Full-time positions require a minimum of 35 hours per week from May or June through August; flexible scheduling available for part-time and full-time divers
- Overtime may be required on weekends and as needed, but this is voluntary
