DESCRIPTION:
This role's primary responsibility is to provide phenomenal customer service in our amenity centers to each and every guest, and follow proper cleaning procedures to ensure cleanliness of the facilities. The role also assists other employees. This job keeps you on your toes, as every day presents new challenges. You can expect to spend your time split between doing office work and actively engaging with residents. A positive and friendly personality is a must!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provides excellent customer service by responding to resident inquiries in a courteous manner, providing information, and resolving complaints in an efficient and timely manner. This includes phone calls, emails, and in-person complaints
- Welcome residents and enter them into the access system, providing them with amenity access cards.
- Clean and sanitize the amenity center, which includes, but is not limited to; sanitizing fitness equipment, vacuuming and mopping floors, cleaning bathrooms, and organizing pool furniture.
- Patrol the pool decks and park areas, enforcing rules as needed.
- Assists the manager with various tasks, as needed.
- Some driving required. We have two locations we move between, and neighborhood drive-throughs may be required.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Requires computer literacy skills.
- Requires exceptional client relations, customer service abilities, a positive attitude, and communication skills.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred.
