- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety standards.
- Decorate cakes and pastries with artistic flair to enhance visual appeal.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new recipes and menu items.
- Package finished products for sale or catering events while ensuring freshness and presentation.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Baker or in a similar role within the culinary field.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, baking methods, and pastry arts.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in the kitchen environment.
- Experience in cake decorating is highly desirable.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Previous experience is a plus but not required.
