Waterline Industries, a multi-award-winning, employee-owned general contractor located in Seabrook, NH specializing in the construction and rehabilitation of water and wastewater treatment facilities in the New England area, is currently accepting resumes for a Project Coordinator position for our busy corporate office. No recruiters please!
Responsibilities:
- Work with Project Managers on submittals, shop drawings, and engineer correspondence; clear and consistent follow up is a must.
- Manage communications and deliverables from all stakeholders for project.
- Provide all vital paperwork for the jobsites including emergency contacts, schedules, purchase orders, required job posters, certified payrolls, supplies, and other administrative tasks as necessary.
- Set up field files including MSDS notebooks, safety manuals, safety posters, hospital locations and directions.
- Ensures that all required insurance certificates are on file.
- Job Breakdown – i.e. punch list follow up items.
Qualifications Include:
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- College degree preferred.
Licensing:
- Valid Driver's License.
Experience:
- Three or more years' experience in areas of construction including but not limited to Purchasing, Scheduling, Delivery, as well as Project Coordination with Engineers, Owners & Project Managers.
Skills & Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task.
- Ability to meet scheduling deadlines.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Products.
- Expertise in Project Site.
