Job Summary : This position is responsible for performing general secretarial duties, preparing reports and maintaining records as required, greeting and attending to the needs of visitors (staff, parents and students) to ensure the efficient and smooth operation of the office / building.

Creates and maintains an open and welcoming office and building environment by providing exceptional customer service to students, staff, families and the public.Performs clerical duties as directed by the principal and building administrative staff.Operates office equipment as needed.Answers the telephone and assists callers accurately and efficiently.Prepares outgoing mail; sorts and distributes incoming mail.Updates IC with all needed information and shares information with needed staff.Obtains address verification for changes.Scans data into IC and sends documentation to ESC.Assists with official enrollment.Process requests for records.Process drop classes and transfers.Assists with student conduct forms.Answers questions regarding enrollment and boundaries.Assist with IC portal setup.Maintains accurate records and prepares reports as requested.Maintains confidentiality of all records and information.Performs other duties as may be assigned.Physical Requirements :
