Overview
To administer the skilled Nursing Facility in Accordance with the local, and federal codes and regulations , as well as organization's policies and procedures.
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nursing Home Administrator to lead our facility in providing exceptional care to our residents. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of cares. This role is essential in ensuring that our nursing home operates efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of care and compliance with regulations.
Duties
- Oversee daily operations of the nursing , ensuring quality care for all residents.
- Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations to foster a
- positive work environment.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures that comply with state and federal regulations.
- Monitor budgeting processes to ensure financial stability and effective resource allocation.
- Coordinate medication administration protocols to guarantee safety and compliance.
- Engage with residents, families, and staff to address concerns and enhance the overall experience.
- Ensure the facility meets all health and safety standards while promoting a welcoming atmosphere for residents.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to create individualized care plans for residents.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in care management or as a Nursing Home Administrator.
- Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of memory care practices and home care services is preferred.
- Experience in budgeting and financial management within a healthcare setting.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
- Compassionate approach towards resident care, with a commitment to enhancing their quality of life.
- Relevant certifications or licenses as required by state regulations.
