Culinary Services Utility- Level 1
Background Requirements:
1. Must have no lifting restrictions
2. Ability to read and write and be able to take written and verbal instructions
3. Great customer service skills
4. Must believe and uphold the philosophy of Waterman Village
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Utilize proper procedures for dish handling
2. Utilize proper procedures for handling of pots and pans
3. Return clean dishes, etc, to proper areas
4. Remove garbage cans and trash in kitchen
5. Utilize proper procedures to sweep
6. Clean carts and kitchen trucks as required
7. Test sanitizing solution
8. Perform daily and scheduled cleaning duties
9. Perform special cleaning duties
10. Monitor dish machine for proper temperature
11. Assit in maintaining food service department sanitary
12. Report all hazardous conditions
13. Attend in-service training
14. Perform duties as directed by supervisor
15. Completes daily and weekly cleaning assignments
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
