What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bartender position at Watermark Bar and Grille?
We're seeking an experienced and responsible Bartender for our busy Bar. The ideal candidate will be involved in mixing and serving cocktails to customers, as well as ensuring that ample supplies of all necessary bar tools are at hand. In addition, the Bartender must possess a thorough knowledge of common drink recipes and, ideally, have bar experience in a casual dining or fine dining restaurant.
Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers and take orders.
- Maintain a clean bar, dining room, and bathroom.
- Prepare drinks for customers.
- Stock bar with ingredients and tools.
- Greet customers and make recommendations based on menu selection.
- Complete cashiering duties at close of shift and during rush periods.
- Respond to customer complaints.
