Looking to make a difference and have fun while doing it? Watermelon Swim is hiring an Inside Sales Representative to help families sign up for life-saving swim lessons. No cold calls—just warm leads and a chance to build real connections!
Here’s what you’ll do:
- Connect with Families – Reach out to warm leads and help them book swim lessons.
- Close Deals – Follow up and use your communication skills to enroll families.
- Provide Top-Notch Service – Assist clients with scheduling and answer any questions.
- Be Part of a Team – Work with a fun, supportive group to hit goals and celebrate success.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous sales or customer service experience
- Comfortable with multi-line phones and Microsoft Office (Outlook/Word)
- Ability to stay organized and work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be 18
What We Offer:
- $18.50/hr monthly incentives
- Full-time hours
- Set hours: Weekday shifts (morning/evening) one (1) Saturday or Sunday morning shift
