As a Senior Business Consultant, you will be a trusted advisor, working closely with business owners to improve profitability, efficiency, and growth. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading client engagements, guiding business owners through strategic planning and execution.
- Assisting with financial strategy and modeling, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and pricing strategies.
- Identifying inefficiencies and creating scalable systems to optimize business operations.
- Holding clients accountable for executing their strategic initiatives.
- Mentoring and training Associate Business Consultants (ABCs).
- Engaging in business development through networking, client meetings, and marketing outreach.
- Tracking and reporting client progress using Monday.com, Excel, and CRM tools.
We’re looking for a highly experienced business leader who meets the following qualifications:
- 10 years of business ownership or executive leadership experience.
- Strong financial acumen, including experience with P&Ls, financial modeling, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Advanced Excel skills, including financial analysis, dashboards, and scenario planning.
- A proven ability to break down complex business challenges into clear, actionable steps.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to lead impactful client sessions.
- A strong ability to stay organized and proactive in tracking multiple clients, action items, and strategic initiatives.
- Experience with MS Office, CRM tools, and project management platforms like Monday.com.
- A results-driven mindset with a focus on measurable success.

- 1099 Contractor Role – Part-time (8-20 hours per week) with potential for full-time growth.
- Location – Must be based in the Phoenix Metro Area (Scottsdale preferred) with the ability to meet clients in person.
- Compensation – Monthly fee share per client, based on engagement and performance which could exceed $175,000 annually when full time.
- Growth Opportunity – Potential to mentor junior consultants and contribute to WBCG’s expansion.
