Now Hiring! Construction Laborers - Heavy Civil Division

Schedule : Full time

Compensation : Over $35.00 per hour base rate according to union contracts, plus CT Laborers health and pension benefits

Location : Connecticut (Projects in Stamford, Greenwich, Norwalk, Milford and Windsor Locks)

Mission for the position : Construct and complete projects with maximum safety, efficiency, and quality. The candidate will be required to perform daily tasks assigned by foreman and / or superintendents effectively and professionally. He / she should not be afraid to ask questions or request clarification when needed. With time the individual can grow into a foreman role and be trained in a variety of fields.

• Physical strength and endurance : work hard and safely
• Follow project schedule : show up on time according to the foreman and superintendents directions
• Communication and Ethics : integrate with other employees, maintain harmony and positive productive environment within the crew, and communicate respectfully with the rest of the project team
• Knowledge of construction materials, tools and safety protocols to operate them
• Ability to follow safety protocols
