Overview :
Waters is looking for a highly creative, personable, and focused Digital Content Creator with experience in video production and graphic design. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, adept at transforming raw video footage into impactful final videos.

Responsibilities :
The Digital Content Creator must be comfortable working within Adobe Creative Cloud, have advanced knowledge of Premiere and preferably After Effects, and a basic understanding of 2D animation is required.
This role also involves graphic design for both static graphics and motion graphics development. The right candidate for this role will be comfortable creating graphics from scratch inspired by existing branding.
The right candidate is someone experienced in creating video for social media, the web and digital channels. They must be familiar with the language of the digital community and have a passion to stay on top of the latest and best trends in video production from content, to technology, to new platforms. This means they are willing to take initiative to try something new and understand how to weave the branding of the business into new content.
Responsibilities include :
- Video editing and graphic design using various Adobe Creative Cloud apps (Premiere, After Effects, Audition, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Create graphic design work for videos and static graphics for emails, social media, internal digital platforms.
- Image selection, light photo editing and image resizing.
- Ability to create on-brand 2D motion graphics animations. Strong skills in After Effects preferred.
- Occasionally assist studio with cameras / lighting for video shoots
- Handle own editing workload including calendar planning, and balancing editing workload to stay on schedule.
- Foster a positive, proactive, collaborative, and creative work atmosphere
- Keep current with the latest developments and trends in video production
- Process video upload requests and additional administrative duties such as compressing videos, organizing and archiving video or design content, creating pre-production booklets and other administrative tasks.
