This summer, we are looking for a dynamic and motivated intern to join our Integrated Business Planning Team and contribute to the transformation of our planning processes.
Role Overview: As a Summer Intern, you will play a crucial role in assisting with the implementation of new Integrated Business Planning processes across our enterprise. Integrated Business Planning integrates demand planning to supply planning – from customers to manufacturing plants and suppliers. You will work closely with our Commercial, Supply Chain, Production Planning, and Manufacturing teams to identify set up and implement a state-of-the-art business planning process. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment and optimize and entire value chain.
Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of new processes and tools to enhance efficiency.
- Assist in the documentation of new processes and ensure proper training for relevant team members.
- Build a virtual team of IBP ambassadors and support the change management process
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Participate in project meetings, workshops, and brainstorming sessions to contribute ideas and solutions.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Support the communication activities, e.g., building intranet pages.
