Overview

Our Enterprise Process Excellence team is on a mission to improve business outcomes and employee experiences by driving step-change improvements in critical enterprise processes, and the technology and analytics supporting these.

 

As Principal, Change Management, you will be responsible for supporting complex transformation programs, providing guidance on change strategies, and ensuring that organizational changes are successfully implemented. You will ensure that change is strategically planned, effectively communicated and executed, and fully adopted across people, processes, and technology, and partner with senior leadership to ensure smooth transitions, fostering a culture of adaptability and resilience. The Principal, Change Management, will also be instrumental in the development of frameworks and methodologies that support sustainable change.

 

This role is ideal for a relationship-driven leader and problem solver who thrives in complex environments, enjoys working cross-functionally, and is passionate about helping teams succeed.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Lead the design, development, and execution of change management strategies and initiatives that align with the organization’s goals and objectives. Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and stakeholders, providing expertise on organizational change and transformation
  • Change Planning & Execution: Create and implement comprehensive change management plans, addressing communication, training, and stakeholder engagement. Ensure alignment with business goals and manage timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
  • Stakeholder Management: Engage with key stakeholders at all levels of the organization to understand their needs, manage resistance, and drive buy-in for change initiatives. Develop targeted communication strategies to maintain transparency and support throughout the process
  • Training & Development: Oversee the development and delivery of training programs that equip employees with the necessary skills to adapt to new systems, processes, or structures. Ensure training initiatives are impactful, measurable, and aligned with desired outcomes
  • Change Impact Assessment: Conduct impact assessments to understand the effects of change on employees, processes, and systems. Recommend strategies to minimize disruptions and enhance the adoption of new ways of working
  • Metrics & Reporting: Monitor and report on the progress of change initiatives, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of the change process. Provide regular updates to leadership on the status of change programs, highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities for improvement
  • Risk & Issue Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with change initiatives. Proactively address issues that may arise during the change process and work to resolve them in a timely and efficient manner

Qualifications

 

  • A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in change management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or strategic advisory role. Demonstrated success in managing complex, organization-wide change initiatives in large-scale environments.
  • Proven ability to work within cross-functional teams and drive change at all levels of the organization
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong understanding of change management methodologies, tools, and techniques
  • Ability to think strategically and align change initiatives with business objectives
  • Skilled in project management, including timeline and resource management
  • Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
  • Expertise in creating and implementing training programs for change adoption
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or related field. A Master’s degree or certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is preferred
