Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sr Service Support & Development Engineer located in Milford. The Sr Service Support & Development Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support to customers, troubleshooting and resolving issues, and ensuring high-quality customer service. The role will involve collaborating with field service engineers, conducting technical training, and developing service-related documentation.
Qualifications
- Customer Support, Technical Support, and Troubleshooting skills
- Customer Service and Field Service experience
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Experience in analytical instruments and software is a plus
- Willingness to travel as required
