Marketing Video Manager

Type: Full-time, Office only (no remote option)

Work Schedule: 40 hours/week, Sunday - Thursday, 8:30 AM - 5 PM (with additional hours and flexibility required during the weeks leading up to Easter, Christmas, and special events).

Technical Skills Required

• Proficiency in Final Cut Pro with a working knowledge of the Adobe Suite
• Proficiency in lighting, video and audio recording in a variety of situations
• Working knowledge of Canon DSLRs
• Awareness of social media best editing practices

Your Essentials

• Proven experience in video production, including pre-production, production, and post-production
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Expertise in video storytelling and storyboarding, with a creative eye for detail
• Effective communicator who can collaborate across teams and stakeholders and adapt to different audiences
• Proficient in managing resources efficiently, ensuring excellence in all aspects of video creation
• Skilled at making timely and effective decisions, even in high-pressure situations
• Ability to build strong relationships and foster collaboration across teams
• Resilient and adaptable, able to overcome setbacks with creativity and determination
• Passionate about bringing a vision to life and using video to inspire and motivate others

Your Impact

• Work closely with and report to the Outreach Director to fulfill the vision of Waters Edge Church
• Oversee all aspects of video production to support the church’s marketing efforts, including creating content for campaigns, live stream services, and more
• Manage multiple video projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
• Collaborate with the Marketing Team to provide creative input for marketing strategies and campaigns
• Develop effective storyboards to bring video concepts to life, ensuring alignment with the church’s mission and message
• Actively participate in weekend worship experiences, Christmas Eve and Easter services, and other events or video shoots outside of normal working hours as needed
