1. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Customer Service and Community Engagement
- Create “wow” moments that leave a positive and lasting impact on our
- Greet customers warmly and engage them with genuine care and enthusiasm.
- Assist customers with their orders, provide product suggestions, and support
- Build trustful relationships with customers to encourage return visits.
- Respond to customer questions effectively and efficiently, maintaining a helpful

- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other specialty drinks following established
- Ensure quality service and products for customers by adhering to safety and
- Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee shop
- Warm and serve pre-prepared food items as needed.
3. Operational and Merchandising Duties
- Stock products and maintain product displays according to merchandising
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including countertops,

4. Team Collaboration and Store Support
- Work collaboratively with other team members and volunteers to ensure smooth

- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently.

EDUCATION: High school enrollment or diploma preferred
SKILLS: Barista skills preferred; tech competence preferred
BODY LIFE: Must be involved in LifeBridge with regular Sunday worship
