Summary
Assist Project Manager & Site Superintendents from Preconstruction through the completion of a project, starting with gathering project documents to Pre-Bid site visits to managing vendors, subcontractors, and our own work force.
Responsibilities
- Manage event calendar (bids, meetings, projects, etc.)
- Fulfill purchase order requests from the field
- Assist with creating and ongoing management of project schedules
- Job site meetings (some are virtual)
- Manage submittal process
- Manage equipment rentals
- Manage materials and needs of workers on job sites
Skills/Competencies
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Thorough documentation skills
- Quick learner
- Basic knowledge of a construction site
- Basic knowledge of HVAC is preferred but not required
