We are currently seeking one (1) full-time Accounting Clerk to join our team. We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support the day-to-day functions of our accounting department. This position will primarily be responsible for completing daily invoicing.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Entering, printing and invoicing customer orders.
- Make corrections and/or delete orders.
- Invoicing; including printing, mailing, filing and EDI (electronic data interchange).
- Run report of daily orders.
- Assist Accounts Receivable with cash receipts.
- Provide back-up and support to accounting department.
- Acknowledge orders as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3-5 years of practical accounting or bookkeeping experience (coop, internship, prior work experience, etc.)
- Excellent computer skills (MS Office).
- Proficient in data entry.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Team player and quick learner.
Full Time Schedule:
Office Hours are Monday – Friday; 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
40 hours per week plus occasional overtime
Compensation & Benefits:
- Starting hourly rate is $22– $24per hour, depending on skill and experience level.
