Job Description and Responsibilities
As a result of continued growth in our business, we have an opening for an Inside Technical Sales / Quotations Specialist. Reporting to WaterSaver’s Customer Service / Estimating Manager, our Inside Technical Sales / Quotations Specialist supports all facets of our customer interactions. The position works closely with the sales team, manufacturing team, and sales reps to ensure that we exceed our customer’s expectations for quality and service.
Specific responsibilities include :
- Read and interpret requests for quotes, specification documents and technical information.
- Issue customer quotations and proposals.
- Follow up on job quotes in a timely manner and communicate updates and project status to the sales team.
- Organize and maintain project information.
- Process incoming customer orders.
- Other inside sales quotation activities as needed.
