- Stocking Supplies: Keeping the bar stocked with liquor, syrups, glasses, napkins, garnishes, and other essentials.
- Restocking During Service: Refilling ice bins, changing beer kegs, and replacing liquor bottles as needed.
- Cleaning Duties: Cleaning up spills, organizing the bar area, and collecting empty glasses and bottles.
- Assisting Bartenders: Helping bartenders during busy hours by preparing garnishes, retrieving supplies, or even assisting with orders.
- Maintenance Tasks: Handling minor emergencies like cleaning up broken glass or unclogging drains.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy items (kegs, cases of beer/liquor bottles) for extended periods.
- Efficiency and Multitasking: Quick thinking and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities at once in a fast-paced environment.
