Duties -

  • Provide direct support to clients during treatment sessions, providing any services required within the BHT scope. This includes transportation, peer support, and any other supportive services as appropriate.
  • Monitor clients' progress and report any concerns or changes in behavior to the clinical team.
  • Assist with the coordination and implementation of treatment plans.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of clients by enforcing center policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Conduct drug testing and monitor clients for signs of substance use.
  • Provide crisis intervention as needed.
  • Properly administer breathalyzer alcohol tests to clients.
  • Collecting urine samples for drug screens.

Skills -

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Compassionate view point and actions.
  • Goal oriented.
  • Organizational skills.
  • De-escalation skills.

Not Required, Preferred -

  • Completion of a Certified Recovery Specialist (CRS) training program, or equivalent.
  • Personal experience in recovery.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a behavioral health or substance use treatment setting.
  • Current certification in CPR and First Aid
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and other relevant laws and regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
