An Urban Air Greeter is primarily responsible for welcoming guests at the entrance of the trampoline park, providing a positive first impression, directing them to the appropriate check-in area, answering basic questions about the park's attractions, and ensuring a smooth flow of customers while maintaining a friendly and enthusiastic demeanor; essentially acting as the first point of contact for guests at Urban Air.
This is a part-time role, with approximately 20–29 hours per week.
RESPONSBILITIES
You'll be the first face your party guests see; they'll be giving you tips, so greet them with a smile!
Actively engage with customers as they enter the park, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere
Direct guests to the check-in counter, ensuring efficient processing of admissions and waivers
Address simple questions about park operations and provide assistance as needed
