We are seeking an experienced Recruiter & HR Generalist to lead talent acquisition and HR operations for both corporate and retail locations. Primary responsibilities include full-cycle recruitment for retail positions—Floor Managers, Baristas, Food Service Personnel, Greeters, and Attraction Attendants—along with HR functions such as benefits coordination, onboarding, and employee experience management.

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruiting & Talent Acquisition
- Partner with Retail Location Managers & General Managers to understand hiring needs.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, from job postings to onboarding.
- Screen resumes and interview candidates to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates.
- Facilitate offer letter creation and execution.
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future roles.
- Leverage job boards, social networks, and other platforms to attract top talent.
- Oversee new hire onboarding, including orientation and benefits enrollment.
- Serve as the point of contact for benefits administration and open enrollment.
- Ensure compliance with employee training and policy requirements.
- Maintain accurate employee records for hires, terminations, and status changes.
- Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, compliance, and best practices.
- Manage the Performance Management/Review Process.
- Develop and refine HR processes to align with company objectives.
- Assist in HR administrative support as needed.
