We are searching for an energetic Sous Chef to be to help lead our kitchen team with the Dining Services Director. The right candidate will have a strong passion for food quality, consistency and excellence. The person will also enjoy working as part of a community team and has the ability to interact with our residents and guests. Watersound Fountains is a new luxury Independent Living community with a great team and atmosphere.

What you will need for this position:

Culinary training through an accredited program or four years’ experience in equivalent position of responsibility

ServSafe certified or be able to complete certification within the first 90 days of employment

Catering experience plus

Computer literate

Able to work all shifts and days of the week
