What are the responsibilities and job description for the Operations Manager position at Waterstone Human Capital?
We’re on the search for an Operations Manager on behalf our client, a leading customer first solar company. If you have at least ten years in a manufacturing environment, and progressive management experience or an equivalent combination of education, skills, training, and experience, then this could be the role for you.
Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Operations, the Operations Manager, will oversee the production of solar modules, be responsible for managing all aspects of the production process for both lines (line 1 and line 2) including maintenance activities and the overall facility.
The Operations Manager will oversee the Production and Maintenance teams. They will work closely with the Quality Department to ensure all quality standards are met and with Supply Chain Department to ensure projected plans are met and work together to resolve identified concerns and create a safe and healthy work environment.
The ideal candidate is a strong collaborator, excellent leader, have a keen eye for detail and have a passion for continuous improvement.
