We’re on the search for a Vice President, Manufacturing on behalf of our client, a leader in manufacturing of a wide range of highly customized products. If you are an experienced operations executive with at least 5 years in a leadership position and exposure to electronic manufacturing methods, SMT boards, and systems level build environments, then this might be the role for you.
As the Vice President of Manufacturing, you will play a pivotal role in leading the manufacturing, quality, facilities, continuous improvement, and supply chain functions. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), the Vice President of Manufacturing will be responsible for :
- Driving operational excellence
- Developing robust processes
- Scaling volumes to meet growing demand
- Achieving delivery, cost, quality, and customer satisfaction goals
- Fostering a world-class operations organization
